MANITOBA – Solvista Gold Corp. of Toronto reports high grade massive sulphides have been intersected during drilling at the Talbot copper-gold-zinc property in the Flin Flon-Snow Lake greenstone belt. The property is owned by Hudbay Minerals, but Solvista is earning a 51% interest.

Drill hole TB-001 returned 6.1% Cu, 8.2 g/t Au, 5.0% Zn, and 112.1 g/t Ag across 9.13 metres, including 5.9% Cu, 16.6 g/t Au, 5.8% Zn, and 135.6 g/t Ag across 3.8 metres.

The intersection was drilled in the Main lens of the historic Talbot deposit. Sulphides were cored between 558 and 568 metres that consists of megacrystic pyrite in a fine grained chalcopyrite matrix with disseminated to blebby sphalerite.

Hole TB-002 was drilled in the high grade gold lens, and it assayed 10.4 g/t Au and 54.5 g/t Ag over 5.2 metres and 8.2 g/t Au and 88.4 g/t Ag over 9.3 metres.
