Dynacor Group (TSX: DNG) announced today that it is restructuring Veta Dorada, its Peruvian subsidiary, as part of its international expansion. Dynacor Group processes industrial ore and produces gold sourced from artisanal miners.

The company is realigning Veta Dorada’s talent to meet its evolved needs and improve its internal readiness for international expansion. Dynacor Group conducted an external human resources appraisal and mapping to enhance Veta Dorada’s management capacity, procedures, and processes before duplicating its model for future subsidiaries. Since its establishment in 1996, Veta Dorada has grown exponentially, increasing its operational capacity tenfold and expanding its workforce 35 times over.

The mapping revealed employee practices that violated the corporation’s values and Code of Conduct. Dynacor immediately took action to uphold the highest standards of business ethics and governance. The company also hired an external firm to review specific management processes. This proactive measure reinforces its commitment to preserving corporate integrity and ensuring transparent disclosure.

Daniel Misiano, chief operating officer for Dynacor Group, said: “The organizational changes at Veta Dorada are an important component of our ongoing business alignment and advance our group’s transition into a multi-asset gold processor. The changes are instilling a corporate culture transformation that is grounded in clear core values, in stronger leadership embodying those values, and in enhanced communication. We are confident that our reinforced legacy business will serve as a beacon for our future subsidiaries.”

Dynacor is recruiting management with international and large-company experience, creating new positions, adjusting or abolishing certain roles, and transferring others to Canada as part of the Veta Dorada restructure. The company is also strengthening its small management team in Canada to prepare for the upcoming international expansion.
