A direct feed of Canadian regulatory filings including TSX and SEDAR documents will provide all subscribers with up to the minute NI 43-101 filings, investor announcements and presentations, regulatory filings and more for all public and private Canadian mining companies.
This represents the first stage of a major expansion of GeoClerk to add a Canada package, ultimately consisting of provincial archives and related content, the first of which, Ontario, will be released in January 2024. It is a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to technological innovation and providing the best possible service to its clients.
This new feed, which includes SEDAR documents, allows GeoClerk users to seamlessly access and search Canadian company announcements, providing valuable insights into the latest news and developments in the energy and mining industries. With this addition, GeoClerk users can now easily access valuable geological information in exploration updates, annual reports and other filings across Canadian companies, all in one place.
