ONTARIO – Lexam VG Gold of Toronto has updated the combined resource estimates for its three adjoining properties – Buffalo Ankerite, Fuller and Paymaster – plus the nearby Davidson Tisdale property, all located in Timmins. This is the first time the resources have been combined and reported as open pit or underground estimates.

In the combined open pit category there are 761,000 measured and indicated oz at a grade of 1.91 g/t Au. The inferred resource, at 1.78 g/t Au, contains 359,600 oz. Grades range from 30.99 g/t over 24.7 metres at Paymaster, 1.6 g/t over 36.1 metres at Buffalo Ankerite, and 3.38 g/t over 39.4 metres at Fuller.

The new combined underground resource includes 367,000 oz at a grade of 4.85 g/t Au in the measured an indicated tonnage, plus a total inferred resource of 530,500 oz at a grade of 4.31 g/t Au.
