BRITISH COLUMBIA - Pretium Resources of Vancouver says the bulk tonnage potential of its Brucejack gold property, located 65 km northwest of Stewart, continues to grow. Using a 0.30 g/t AuEq cutoff, the new measured and indicated number is 297.0 million tonnes grading 0.86 g/t Au and 12.17 g/t Ag for 8.2 million oz of contained gold and 116.2 million oz of contained silver. Plus the inferred category is 542.5 million tonnes at 0.72 g/t Au and 8.67 g/t Ag.

The Brucejack project includes nine modeled deposits. Pretium made its resource estimate from 362 historical surface drill holes, 439 historical underground drill holes and 107 drill holes completed by Silver Standard Resources. Silver Standard sold the Brucejack and adjacent Snowfield property to Pretium late last year.

Pretium is a recent start-up company that hopes to expand the Brucejack project. A preliminary economic assessment is underway. More information is available at www.Pretivm.com.
