ONTARIO - Premier Gold Mines of Thunder Bay, ON, has an updated 43-101 report for its Hardrock project that estimates a 269% jump in ounces contained in measured and indicated resources and a 164% increase in inferred resources. The measured and indicated resouces, recoverable by both open pit and underground methods, is 20.8 million tonnes grading 3.7 g/t Au or 2.5 million contained oz. The inferred portion is 6.8 million tonnes at 5.1 g/t Au or 1.1 million oz.

The Hardrock property lies 4 km south of the town of Geraldton and includes several former gold mines. Between 1938 and 1968 they collectively produced more than 3.0 million oz. The project is a joint venture of Premier (70% and operator) and Goldstone Resources (30%).
