QUEBEC - Montreal's Yorbeau Resources has released the resource estimate for the Augmitto deposit, part of its Rouyn project. The measured and indicated portion totals 247,000 tonnes grading 6.08 g/t Au, and the inferred portion is 633,000 tonnes grading 7.79 g/t Au. A cut-off grade of 3.4 g/t was used.

The Rouyn property is 4 km south of Rouyn-Noranda and covers a 12-km stretch of the Cadillac-Larder Lake Break. The Augmitto deposit is at the western edge and was the focus of historical work by previous owners. There is a ramp system to a depth of 250 metres and a production shaft sunk to the same depth.

Yorbeau said the Rouyn property also includes the former Astoria mine, east of Augmitto. As reported in 2005, measured and indicated resources at the Astoria deposit total 1.1 million tonnes at 5.77 g/t Au. The inferred resource is 242,239 tonnes at 5.92 g/t. The Astoria property has a 550-metre shaft and extensive underground workings.

The history and other details of the Rouyn property are posted at www.YorbeauResources.com.
