MINING PEOPLE: Largo Resources and Largo Resources

Toronto-based Largo Resources has promoted Paulo Misk to president of Brazilian operations and Milson Luciano Chaves to VP of finance at its Brazilian subsidiary, Vanadio de Maracas SA. Ned Goodman and Douglas R. MacQuarrie have joined the board at Rockland Minerals Corp. in Vancouver. Former president and CEO Ravinder Mlait and CFO Bryan Loree have terminated their employment agreements.
