Gold may dominate headlines for its price, but in southern British Columbia it recently became the reward for sharp research and family teamwork.

Jeff and Jeannie Buckles, a retired geotechnical engineer and a former occupational health nurse with decades of mining experience between them, are the latest regional winners in The Great Canadian Treasure Hunt.
