ZAMBIA — Toronto-based Denison Mines has filed a 43-101 report with estimates of 5.8 million lb of U3O8 in the measured and indicated category and at least another 13.0 million lb in the inferred category at its Mutanga project in this central African republic. The estimate is based on 45,600 metres of development drilling done from late-2007 through mid-2008.

The Mutanga resource estimate was prepared by CSA Global (UK) using a cut-off grade of 100 ppm and 200 ppm U3O8.

The company says earlier scoping studies indicate the potential for a relatively low-cost, open pit operation using an alkali leach processing technique. Engineering work is now underway for a definitive feasibility study due in April 2009.

Information about Denison and its other development projects is posted at www.DenisonMines.com.
