Martin Engineering, a global leader in belt conveyor accessories and bulk material flow technology, will exhibit at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 and unveil several new products. The company will host demonstrations and briefings at booth C30148 in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center from March 3–7. Developed at Martin’s Center for Innovation, the new heavy‑duty accessories — from belt sealing systems to advanced flow technologies — will be on display, and company experts will demonstrate how the products can improve safety and efficiency across bulk handling applications.
“We’re excited to showcase our latest technology-enabled products and services, developed and proven in some of the most demanding real-world conditions alongside our key customers in the aggregate mining industry,” Chris Schmelzer, director of national sales for the U.S. and Canada at Martin Engineering, said. “Trade show attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about our newest solutions, designed to support clean, safe, and productive material handling throughout every stage of their process, from the pit to the finished product.”
Martin will preview several dust and spillage control solutions built for passive containment at transfer points. The Martin skirtboard liner installs inside transfer point skirtboards to absorb impact and abrasion and create a dam that shields the sealing system from material loads. The liner features a steel plate molded into urethane to prevent bond issues, a T‑slot mounting interface that allows outside‑of‑chute adjustment to eliminate confined‑space entry, and stackable sections for higher drop chutes.

The company will also show the ApronSeal urethane skirting, a one‑ or two‑piece dual‑seal assembly that combines a primary urethane seal with a self‑adjusting secondary outer flap to trap dust within the enclosure. Martin says ApronSeal performs with minimal external maintenance at belt speeds up to 900 fpm (4.5 m/s) while requiring only two inches (50 mm) of free belt area. Martin will demonstrate A.I.R. control dust curtains, modular urethane curtains that create controlled recirculation zones inside enclosures to reduce dust emissions and that adjust or replace from outside the enclosure to avoid confined‑space entry.

Martin will also highlight flow‑assurance technology, including air cannons and Industrial vibrators that prevent blockages in chutes, silos, hoppers and dumps. The company will introduce the N2 air cannon intelligence system, which monitors connected cannons multiple times per day, detects misfires and plugged nozzles, measures blast efficiency, and tracks pressure and temperature.
The system feeds a cloud dashboard that displays system health, performance trends and alerts to enable predictive maintenance and reduce manual inspections. Martin will show an expanded lineup of electric vibrators designed to improve material separation and flow while delivering increased power, efficiency and a three‑year warranty.

Martin will present new belt cleaning options that respond to customer demand for cartridge‑based, non‑urethane cleaners. The Martin H1 primary belt cleaner features stainless steel components and tungsten carbide tips for cost‑effective cleaning on abrasive materials and high‑speed belts. The Martin P2 secondary belt cleaner uses precision‑cast stainless steel components and tungsten carbide tips to remove residual fines and reduce spillage and airborne dust. The Martin R2 secondary belt cleaner offers robust performance for reversing belts, trippers and shuttles with similar stainless steel construction and tungsten carbide tips.
