Fancamp Exploration advised on its new leadership team for the corporation’s newly incorporated subsidiary, Goldera Exploration, as part of a strategic reorganization of the corporation’s assets pursuant to which the corporation would spin out its interests in core exploration projects into Goldera, with the intent of listing Goldera on the TSX Venture Exchange. Goldera’s board shall constitute four members, being Rajesh Sharma, Charles Tarnocai, Mark Billings, and Mathieu Stephens. The following officers have been appointed as Goldera’s management: Rajesh Sharma, executive chairman, Charles Tarnocai, CEO, Arnab De, CFO, Debra J. Chapman, corporate secretary, Francois Auclair, vice president of exploration, and Paul Ténière, vice president of corporate development.
Gungnir Resources announced a series of changes to its executive leadership and board of directors: The company has appointed three new directors to the Board: Robert Danard, Kurt Soost, and Michael Gheyle. Robert Danard has been appointed interim CEO, filling the vacancy created by the resignation of Jari Paakki, former CEO and director. Todd Keast and Chris Robbins will continue to serve as directors.
