LEONORA, Western Australia WENCO INTERNATIONAL MINING SYSTEM has received an order to supply and install its real-time solutions for productivity improvements and ore quality control at ANACONDA NICKEL LTD.'S Murrin Murrin nickel mine. Murrin Murrin is located in the North Eastern Goldfields region, 60 km east of Leonora, Western Australia.
Bringing together GPS, wireless communications, computer technology and software applications, Wenco provides the tools required to build and sustain gains in surface mines. At Murrin Murrin the system will be installed initially on 11 trucks and six loaders. The system will accommodate any expansion in fleet size.
