KALGOORLIE, Western Australia Vancouver-based SOLOMON RESOURCES hopes to strike it rich at the Kalgoorlie Southeast project.
On the wholly-owned Lucky Bay prospect, Solomon is proceeding with the first phase of reverse circulation drilling designed to confirm a possible resource of high-grade supergene oxide gold mineralizaiton. The mineralization was identified in 2002 by rotary aircore drilling.
The nearby Newcrest-KSP joint venture properties are the target of a rotary air core drilling program carried out by NEWCREST MINING of Australia. The area of interest is west of the former Mount Monger millsite and the Fignalls gold mineralized corridor.
Solomon is also interested in the Bouleau property in British Columbia and the Bombore property in Burkina Faso. More news from the company is available at www.bmts.bc.ca/srb.
